Are you ready to make some handmade pasta and practice your Italian at the same time? Michela Tartaglia from Cucina Casalinga in collaboration with il Punto! will teach you in Italian how to make one of the most delicious handmade pastas from southern Italy, “cicatielli“, often known as “cavatelli” (Kha-vah-tell-ee) served with traditional tomato sauce with three different kinds of meat, cooked in a terracotta pot.
